Conference of the Hellenic Association of Consulting Firms (HELLASCO)

June 2010. Mr. G. Koutinas attended the annual conference of the Hellenic Association of Consulting Firms (HELLASCO), entitled: "In the crisis, what?". Addressing to the participants, Mr Koutinas stressed the need to institutionalize the Professional Responsibility Insurance of Consulting Firms as an antidote to the abolition of the "Professional Rights of Consulting Engineers" and to the "Freedom of Services" within the single EU market.
